What is your warranty?
We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products. Our 1 year warranty supports the repair or replacement of all jewelry if said item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect by our quality assurance team. This does not include plating wear or breakage

Within the first 3 months, MAJ will re-weld your piece with a new jump ring free of charge. From 3 months to 1 year, we can re-weld a new jump ring for $10 or we can add a clasp and jump ring for $35. If your piece needs to be removed due to medical
Can I get my jewelry fixed or reworked by an outside jeweller?
We do not recommend having our products worked on by outside jewellers as this voids any potential for a refund or a replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work.
Do you offer jewelry repair or resizing services?
We only offer repair services for selected Melanie Auld products and do not repair products from other jewelry stores. Repair cost for stone replacements or resetting is subject to assessment per piece/situation. At this time, we do not offer resizin
