Canadian Customers:

Taxes are applied at check-out according to the province of the shipping address.

US Customers:

If applicable, taxes are applied at check-out according to the state of the shipping address. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

UK & EU:

All VAT, duties, and taxes are collected at checkout. The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes.

Australia:

All GST and any import duties are included at checkout. The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes.

Foreign Transaction Fees:

We do not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. As we're based out of Vancouver, BC, Canada, banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" and charge additional international fees on their own. We cannot provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.

Should you decide to deny the shipment due to duties and other fees, the package will be returned to us, and you will be refunded for the order after deducting the return shipping fee.
