What should I do if my package isn’t moving on the tracking page?Updated 3 months ago

Canadian Customers: 

The tracking link can sometimes take a few days to update while the package is in transit between facilities. Depending on the carrier, updates may take up to 72 hours. If you don’t see any movement after 72 hours, please contact us at [email protected], and we’d be happy to look into it for you. 


US Customers and International Customers: 

If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
