All pieces from the Collected Collection follow our standard return guidelines for regular-priced jewelry. They are eligible for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are not offered.Regular priced Gold Vermeil, Gold Plated, Sterling Silver, Rhodium Plated, Leather Goods, Pearl, Cord, Semi-Precious Stones and Wood pieces are eligible for a store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery.
Regular priced Solid Gold pieces are eligible for a refund back to its original form(s) of payment or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Custom pieces such as Peitra pieces, engraved items, Made To Order items, and gift cards are a Final Sale.Candles, Candle Refill Inserts, Gift Wrap and Ribbon are Final Sale. No shipping costs or MAJ Order Protection are refunded or credited.
Please note that items marked ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned or exchanged.
