We're Closing Our Toronto Boutique — Here's What You Need to Know
After several wonderful years, our Toronto boutique will be closing its doors on May 10th, 2026. Our lease has come to an end, and we felt it was the right time to move on. We're so grateful to every customer who visited, shopped with us, and made our Toronto location feel like home.
MAJ is not going anywhere- here's everything you need to know.
When is the Toronto boutique closing?
Our last day open will be May 10th, 2026. We'd love to see you one last time before we close our doors.
Is Melanie Auld Jewelry closing?
Not at all. Our online boutique remains open at melanieauld.com and our Vancouver boutique continues to welcome customers in store and over the phone. This closure is specific to our Toronto location.
Where can I shop now?
You have a few options:
- Online — Shop our full collection at melanieauld.com. We offer fast, free shipping on orders over $150.
- Vancouver boutique — Visit us in store or call us (236) 986-7845) to shop over the phone. Our team would love to help you find the perfect piece.
Can I still return something I bought in Toronto?
Yes. All returns are handled through our standard return policy and can be processed online. If you need help, reach out to us at [email protected].
I have a gift card or store credit — can I still use it?
Absolutely. All gift cards and store credit remain valid and can be used online at melanieauld.com or at our Vancouver boutique.
Will there be a closing sale?
Yes, please join us from Saturday, May 9th to Sunday May 10th for our last weekend! Please note that anything purchased during that sale will be Final Sale.
Will you reopen a location in Toronto?
Toronto will always hold a special place for us. For now, we're focused on our online boutique and Vancouver store — but never say never.
I have a question that isn't answered here — who can I contact?
We're always happy to help. Reach out to our team at [email protected] and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Thank you, Toronto. It's meant everything.
