At this time, we do not offer resizing services for any MTO items.

We cover the repair cost associated with any MTO defect occurring within 3 months of purchase.

After 3 months but within a year of purchase, there is a $30 CAD flat repair fee. This cost is inclusive of the repair work alongside a return shipping label to return the damaged piece and the outbound shipping upon the completion of repair.

If a product is damaged within 3 months due to improper care, we do not cover the cost of repair.

Repair cost for stone replacements or resetting is subject to assessment per piece/situation.

Repair times may vary depending on the nature of the damage and cannot be rushed.

Any jewelry that has been altered outside of Melanie Auld Jewelry does not fall under our repair/replacement warranty.
