We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products. Our 1 year warranty supports the repair or replacement of all jewelry if said item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect by our quality assurance team. This does not include plating wear or breakage due to normal and wear or improper usage.
For the first 6 months from the date of delivery (online orders) or purchase date (in-store orders), we offer a free repair or replacement. Online customers can submit a warranty claim through our portal HERE, while in-store customers should contact us directly by email at [email protected].
From 6 months up to 1 year, we can provide a replacement for a handling fee. The handling fee will vary depending on the damaged piece. If a repair is possible instead of a replacement, our Customer Service Team will review your item and provide you with a repair quote. For assistance, please email us at [email protected].
MAJ holds the right to assess all repairs, replacements and quality control issues.
We do not offer repairs or replacements for any items no longer available online through melanieauld.com, or in the Melanie Auld Boutiques.
We do not cover the cost for repairs or damages on items purchased outside of melanieauld.com, or in the Melanie Auld Boutiques.
