Q: When is the preview page going live?
A: The preview page for Collected, Chapter 3 will go live on Friday, April 3rd. Make sure to join the Collectors List to be notified.

Q: Why can't I click on the product?
A: This is a preview page! We’re giving you an exclusive first look at the upcoming Collected Collection, so you have time to explore all the pieces and see the prices. The products aren’t sold out; they just haven’t launched yet. Everything will be available when the collection goes live on Tuesday, April 7th at 9AM PST.

Q: Can I be notified when it's in stock and available for purchase?
A: We recommend signing up for our newsletter! We’ll send an email on Tuesday, April 7th at 9AM PST to let you know when the collection is live.

Q: How much stock will there be for each piece?
A: Stock will be very limited, as Mel hand-picked all the stones and created the One-of-a-Kind Necklaces, Pendants and Earrings.

Q: What kind of stone is used?
A: For this launch we are featuring Royal Imperial Jasper, Ocean Jasper, Nebula Jasper, Picture Jasper and Lace Agate stones.

Q: Will all the Pendants come with a Charm Clasp?
A: Yes! Each pendant will include its own Charm Clasp, which is exclusive to this launch.

Q: Can I modify one of the pairings?
A: No, the pieces will come exactly as shown in the product images. We won’t be able to accommodate any changes.

Q: Can I purchase just the Earrings without the stones?
A: Currently, the Earrings aren’t available on their own, they will only be sold as part of the sets shown. Some earrings from our One-of-a-Kind Earrings collection are already available separately!

Q: Will the Collected Collection be available in the Vancouver Boutique?
A: Yes! However, the in-store pieces aren’t showcased online and may include other exclusives.

Q: What's your policy if I want to return the piece(s) I bought?
A: You have 14 days to return your piece(s) for store credit or exchange them directly through our return portal. Refunds will not be offered. For more details, please click here.
